Delivery Information & Costs
Please choose the correct postage option for the country or specific area you live in, due to our postage being calculated by the products weight delivery costs are as follows:
Due to the cost of some items we will only send them with a secure shipping service and the cost will be higher because of this.
Due to the delicate nature of small small parts (eg.Micro helicopter skids) they will be packed in custom made small boxes and the delivery charge will be calculated with this in mind.
We are not responsible for deliveries that customers leave undelivered by the delivery companies, it is a customers responsiblility to be have some one at the delivery address to accept parcels.
Orders that are created and the customer chooses the incorrect postage tarrif will be cancelled.
NEXT DAY DELIVERY - Depending on the time of day you complete an order is important, Royal Mail and DPD our are main delivery agents and depending on the weight and size of an order we can send next day parcels with either company, only if parcels are under 2kg and relatively small can they be sent with Royal Mail Special delivery. Large items such as Planes and larger cars have to be sent DPD and the cut off for last orders is about 3pm week days for us to be able to get it in that days collection.
